Our advisory role is limited to a process of consultation, networking, lobbying, marketing, matchmaking and general advisory.
Once we agree to work with a company seeking investment, we start with a process of communication and discussion to fully understand the vision and strategy of the business.
Before investing or venturing out and work towards finding the partners or capital, we first have many rounds of extensive discussions with client.
Then we support the development of a five to ten year plan of business that incorporates promoter's vision, strategy, understanding and shape it to meet with globally competitive and innovative business practices.
Once we are satisfied that the business plan and mission are rational and logical, presented well and meet the tests of scrutiny and due diligence, we find the right investors who believe in and share that vision with the client.
Then comes the willingness to invest in that vision for the longer term. We and our partners seldom take a short term view of a new market or opportunity.
Our role is to bring cutting edge thinking, out-of the box ideas but also deep understanding of businesses from international experiences.
Our role goes from conversation to advice, then to ideas and then on to practical solutions with investment and implementation of those ideas.
We frequently take a board position and ensure continuity of success for all parties involved.
